困扰之“list index out of bounds(0)“

我所使用的操作系统： windows2000
我所使用的编译器： wintc1.91

wintc1.91的安装没有问题，可当编译任何一个程序时都弹出一个对话框 “list index out of bounds(0)"

不知道是什么原因，希望有哪位大侠能帮助我，不胜感激
