在表单里用命令按钮查询,  SELECT * FROM 物品采购 WHERE 物品名称="钢笔" AND  YEAR(采购时间)=2022
可以按需求查到并以表的状态显示,能不能把这个显示结果在GRID里呈现呢?

当然可以，将这个查询结果生成的临时表作为grid表的数据源就行。具体做法是在查询前先断开grid表的数据源，然后再执行查询并生成临时表，最后再将这个表作为grid的数据源，并刷新grid。

select * from 表名 into cursor 临时表名 readwrite

thisform.grid1.recordsource = '临时表名'
thisform.grid1.refresh

thisform.grid1.rowsource="select distinct 采购时间 from 物品采购  into cursor 临时表 where 物品名称="钢笔" AND  YEAR(采购时间)=2022 "

上面 rowsource对应的是combo1  更正一下
thisform.combol1.rowsource="select distinct 采购时间 from 物品采购  into cursor 临时表 where 物品名称="钢笔" AND  YEAR(采购时间)=2022 "
thisform.grid1.recordsource="select distinct 采购时间 from 物品采购  into cursor 临时表 where 物品名称="钢笔" AND  YEAR(采购时间)=2022 "

数据源直接设为查询语句。
